Become a member by filling out the form below, or printing the document and emailing it to womenwhocare.shpk@gmail.com or bringing it to our next meeting.
By filling in this registration form, you understand that you will be making a commitment to 100+ Women Who Care - Sherwood Park to make an annual donation of $200 (2020) and/or $300 (subsequent years) ($100 at each of two or three meetings) which is given directly to charities serving Sherwood Park and surrounding areas. You agree to fulfill your donation commitment, even if you did not vote for the charity selected by majority vote or are unable to attend one of the meetings. You also consent to your information being stored in the 100+ Women Who Care - Sherwood Park database which is used for internal purposes only. You understand that you can withdraw your membership at any time by contacting us through our contact us form. Once you have registered, you can expect a confirmation email within one week from the 100+ Women - Sherwood Park email account. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact us
